Her birth name is Christina Haack in Anaheim, California on the 9th July 1983. She began her career in the field of real estate following her graduation from college. Tarek El Moussa was her future spouse. After the 2008 crash of the stock market numerous real estate investors and house flippers lost their money. In the aftermath of the financial crisis, Tarek and Christina El Moussa were close to losing all their assets. Following their move from a home which cost them $6,000 per year, to a new apartment that cost $700, they nearly lost everything. Slowly, their business and overall economic performance improved. HGTV as well as Rise to Fame In 2011 Tarek sought out a partner to aid him in making the HGTV audition tape that showed him and Christina flipping a house from start to finish. Pie Town Productions executive received this tape. They were thrilled with Tarek, Christina and their tale. In 2012, the couple signed an agreement with HGTV. Flip of Flop was launched in April of 2013. Between 2013 and 2017, the show was a hit for 7 seasons. Christina and Tarek had to buy houses, usually in Orange County. After spending many weeks making improvements and renovations, they'd sell them to make some money. Tarek is primarily focused on demolition and renovation, and Christina is in charge of designing. She also ensures that everything runs on time.
